This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of SKOPOS Press LLC ("SKOPOS", "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use our Service, and tells You about Your privacy rights.

1. Definitions

Company refers to SKOPOS Press LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, publishing under the imprint SKOPOS.

Service refers to the website at skopospress.com, the forms on it, and our email and text messaging.

Personal Data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including name, email address and telephone number.

Usage Data is data collected automatically by the Service, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of a visit.

2. What We Collect, and Where

We collect only what our forms ask for. There are four of them, and this is the whole of it.

Release notification (home page): name, email address, cell number, and your preferred format.

Bundle inquiry: name, email address, cell number, which bundle, and how many people.

Riverbank registration: name, email address, cell number, and which pathway you are walking.

Join the list: name, email address, cell number, and what brought you here.

We also collect Usage Data automatically, as almost every website does.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details, government identification numbers, or any information about your health, finances or beliefs beyond what you choose to tell us in a message.

3. Why We Collect It

To do the specific thing the form promised — tell you when the book is available, answer your bundle inquiry, send you the gathering details, or send the letters you asked for. To reply to you when you write to us. And to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not use your information for anything the form did not say we would.

4. Text Messages

Our forms ask for a cell number. If you give us one, you may receive occasional text messages from us about the thing you signed up for — most importantly, word on the day a book is available.

Message frequency varies and will be low. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and you can ask for help by replying HELP. You can also write to us and we will remove your number.

We do not sell, rent or share your telephone number with anyone for their own marketing.

5. Who Else Sees It

We do not sell your Personal Data. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it.

We use AttractWell to host this website and to hold our contact records and send our email and text messages. They process this information on our behalf and under our instruction. We may also disclose information if we are required to by law.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep your Personal Data for as long as you remain on the list it was collected for. If you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, we take you off our active lists promptly. We may keep a minimal record of the removal itself so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

7. Your Choices

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Every text we send can be stopped by replying STOP.

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to us and we will do it. You do not have to give a reason, and asking will not affect anything else.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and the platform we use does the same. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

9. Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; parts of the site may then not work as intended.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top, and if the change is significant we will say so to anyone on our lists.
